Dianne M. TolletteDianne M. Tollette is currently the office manager for Spears & Spears. She oversees the administrative duties and provides assistance and guidance to the support staff and attorneys. She has been employed with the firm since 1988, initially as a legal secretary. Ms. Tollette previously worked with the City of New Orleans' City Attorney's Office Litigation Department.

Special Interests: Ms. Tollette's professional and civil affiliations include: NAACP,NOLSRR (Legal Secretaries of New Orleans and the River Region), member of All Saints Catholic Church and former member of Knights of Peter Claver Ladies Auxiliary, Court #36 and ABWA (American Business Women's Association).

Gladys J. JacksonGladys Jackson, a native New Orleanian, has been a legal secretary for the past 15 years. She was educated in the public schools of New Orleans and graduated from Southern University in New Orleans in 1981 where she received her B.S. degree in Business Administration.

Experience: Ms. Jackson attends St. Stephen Missionary Baptist Church and is active with the youth of her church. She sits on the Board of Concerned Citizens of Algiers, is a member of the Legal Secretaries of New Orleans and the River Region (LSNORR). A former member of Women on the Move and Women United for Civic and Governmental Improvement she joined the firm of Spears & Spears in 1998. Ms. Jackson is married to George Jackson and is the mother of one son, Michael.

Yvette Picou Wilkins, Bookkeeper

Yvette Picou Wilkins- is a native of New Orleanian. She was educated in the public schools of New Orleans and graduated from Texas Southern University in Houston, TX in 1983 where she received a Bachelor of Arts. In 1987 she also received a certificate of accounting from Delta Business College.

Yvette join Spears & Spears in 2000. She over 15 years of experience as a bookkeeper. She is a life long member of the NAACP and the Legal Assistant Association.

Yvette has attended Life Center Cathedral on the Westbank in Algiers since 2003. She has two lovely children, Christopher, 5 and Brittney 17.

Diedre’ M. Pierce, a native New Orleanian, is currently the Paralegal for Spears & Spears.  She oversees the different office duties and provide assistance to the attorneys at the firm.  She has been employed with the firm for six years, initially as the Office Assistant.  She was educated in the Orleans Parish Public School System and graduated with Honors from Dillard University, where she received her B.S. degree in Criminal Justice/Sociology.  Ms. Pierce plans is to attend Law School and pursue a career as a Criminal Defense Attorney with the firm.

Experience: Ms. Pierce currently attends the New Home Baptist Church.  She is also a  member of Alpha Kappa Mu National Honor Society and is currently a Certified Parole Officer for the State of Texas, where she worked for six months in the City of Houston.

Spears & SpearsSoraida Fugon, a native Honduran.  She is currently the receptionist at Spears & Spears. She was born and raised in Honduras. She moved to New Orleans 9 years ago. She started working for Spears & Spears in 2006. She was educated in the Orleans Parish Public School System.

Soraida Fugon has attended Immaculate Conception in the Westbank since 2000. She has a lovely little girl, Giselle.

Zuleika Burke, a first generation Cuban-American, is a native New Orleanian.   She has been a legal secretary for the past 7 years and employed with the firm since January 2007.  She is a graduate of Archbishop Chapelle High School and attended Delgado Community College for three years.

Ms. Burke is the mother of one son.
