Biography

Pedro F. Galeas is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana.  He attended Louisiana State University where he earned a B.S. in International Trade & Finance and a B.A. in Political Science.  He earned his Juris Doctorate at Tulane Law School in May of 2003.

While in law school, Mr. Galeas studied both civil law and common law.  He received a CALI Award for receiving the highest grade in International Commercial Arbitration.  Mr. Galeas served as the director of the Cuban Detainee Program in his last year of law school.  Mr. Galeas was also an active member of the International Law Society and the Business Law Society. 

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Galeas practiced business law, real estate law, civil litigation and managed a title company. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Louisiana State Bar Association, and the Louisiana Trial Lawyer’s Association.

Mr. Galeas specializes in Business Law, Insurance Defense, Real Estate Law, and International Law.
